ROTATING CRANES (with rotating arm)
  Rotating cranes with fixed column are used to manipulate loads on an almost circular surface.
  Rotating cranes with fixed column are made for the following functional groups:
  - mechanisms (lifting, moving, rotating) M4 according with STAS 4662-79;
  - metallic structure and (by analogy) crane II according with STAS 8290-72
  They have to work in workshops or open environment, in normal working environments, at temperatures between -15ºC and +40ºC and maximum humidity of 80% at 20ºC.
  Rotating cranes with fixed column cannot be used to manoeuvre melted metals or incandescent metals, toxic materials, inflammable materials or explosives, in abrasive or corrosive environments.
  For precision manoeuvre (mounting, positioning of parts on machines tool) are recommended rotating cranes with fixed column with two speeds, only if the customer considers that vertical oscillations of the arm, of this constructive type, does not deteriorates the load or machine tool on which the load is positioned.
  Portal cranes type MPT-80 are used to work in opened store facilities in normal environment, temperatures between -15ºC and +40ºC, for manoeuvring loads, in one piece or wrak, depending of possibilities of attachment detachable from the hook.
  Portal cranes type MPT-80 can be equipped with one of the following detachable fixing devices in the hook: electromagnet, electro-hydraulic bucket (two types) or motor bucket. Fixing devices are not delivered with the cranes. They have to be bought separately by the customers from the producer.
  Choosing a portal crane has to be made according with the following:
  - aperture;
  - cantilever beams length;
  - detachable ways of clamping
  - load.
  Cantilever beams have a length of 4m for apertures from 16m to 19m (from each meter), respectively 4m or 8m for aperture from 20m to 25m.
  Observation:
  - Portal cranes with cantilevers beams of C1=8m, respectively C1+C2=8+8m at aperture L=23; 24; 25 are made only after obtaining acceptance to transport from the supplier to the customers.
  - Usually are choose cranes with moving speed of 31, 5m/min that is the standard type for general use, only in special cases, well justified by exploitation necessities will be choose cranes with higher speed (50m/min).
  SPECIAL PORTAL AND SEMI PORTAL CRANES
  These cranes are used in all branches of activity and realised in a very large number of types and dimensions.
  They can be with or without overhanging arms, with hooks, buckets, electromagnets, rotating beam, fork and electromagnets, type portal and semi portal.
  Mechanisms for lifting and sliding carriage and moving crane are able to realise all movements at nominal and reduced speeds
  DECK CRANE WITH SUN GEAR PULLEY FOR OIL DRILLING PLATFORMS
  Deck cranes with sun gear pulley for oil drilling platforms are cranes perfectly adapted for specific working and environment conditions.
  - working place: open air, marine environment;
  - temperature limits: -20ºC +40ºC
  - maximum wind admissible speed: over 25m/s, arm is put on it's support from the platform;
  - additional arm length: 2, 65m;
  - mechanisms working group: M4 STAS 4662-79;
  - arm: II STAS 8290-80;

  - control place is in the control cabin, closed, with visibility, heated;
  - control type: manual;
  Cranes are powered by a Diesel engine with powers three hydraulic circuits that through a pump and hydraulic motors realises lifting, tilting and rotating movements.
  In the same time, control from the cabin, permits to execute movements of lifting and rotating, respectively tilting and rotating.
  FLOATING CRANES
  Floating cranes are lifting installations mounted on pontoons in harbours from rivers and see.
  They are used in different operations (excluded extractions or excavations) of manoeuvring general goods with hook, respectively ore, coal and other wrak products with bucket.
  
  PORT CRANE
  Port cranes with mobile arm are destined shifting goods in river and see ports. For this purpose, they are equipped with hook or bucket to manipulate individual goods, palletised goods, packed in containers or wrack.
  Working speeds are selected to assure a high productivity but in the same time to be under the admissible limit that has not to be exceeded, otherwise the control would have been very difficult. In this mode are avoided oscillations during combined movements. Can be with one or two hooks.
