ELECTRIC OVERHEAD CRANES OF GENERAL USE AND CONTROL FROM THE GROUD (TYPE PCS)
  General use electric overhead cranes and ground control (type PCS) are used for working in normal environments inside and outside, at temperatures between -15șC and +40șC and relative humidity 65±15% at 20șC.
  Overhead cranes are equipped with one or two mechanisms for lifting used to lift loads in pieces.
  Control during assembling, testing and exploitation is done from the ground by a control panel, which is mobile on the entire length of the bridge.
  Simultaneous admitted commands: a lift, carriage movement and overhead crane movement, with locking between main and auxiliary lifting movement.
  All mechanisms are design to work in the same functioning group together with lifting mechanisms.
  Lifting mechanisms can be provided with a low working speed.
  Metallic structure has two versions for each lifting load and opening:
  - left visiting hamper CVS;
  - right visiting hamper CVD;
  - front beam hamper.
  ELECTRO PULLEY ONE BEAM OVERHEAD CRANES
  Electro pulley one beam overhead cranes are used for works of lifting and transporting different loads by manoeuvring them with a hook.
  They can be used in normal climatic conditions, both inside and outside stores, at temperatures between -15șC and 40șC.
  One beam overhead cranes with pulley cannot be used in explosive environments, high humidity environments (>80% at +20șC; ±5%) or saturated with acids vapours, steams from salts.
  One-beam overhead cranes with electric pulley cannot be used to transport melted metals.
  After the control type, electric pulley one beam overhead cranes are with:
  - ground control (S);
  - cabin control (C) only for those with main beam of bridge trough type and for certain openings.

  TWO BEAMS OVERHEAD CRANES WITH ELECTRO PULLEY (TYPE PRE)
  Two beams overhead cranes with electro pulley are used for lifting and transporting different loads with hooks. They will be used in normal climatic conditions both in closed workshops and in open-air store facilities, at temperatures between -15șC and +40șC.
  Overhead cranes with electro pulley cannot be used for transporting melt metals or incandescent metals.
  According to control type, overhead cranes with electro pulley are designed:
  - with control from the ground (S);
  - with control from the cabin (C).
  In case that on the same railway are working two or more overhead cranes, to be able to distinguish them, they will be called:
  - middle crane - (M);
  - end crane - (K).
  Up to an opening of L=22m there are used carriages with wheel-gauge E=1400mm, over L=22m there will be used carriages with wheel-gauge E=2240mm. For carriages with E=2240mm loads on wheels are greater with 60kg comparing with carriages with E=1400mm.
  Functional groups are: II, III and IV.

  GENERAL USE ELECTRIC OVERHEAD CRANES WITH HOOK WITH CONTROL FROM THE CABIN (TYPE PC)
  General use overhead cranes are used for work in normal environments inside or outside at temperatures between -15șC and +40șC and humidity up to 80% at 20șC. They are equipped with one or two lifting equipments electric controlled by a control bloc for lifting loads in pieces.
  Simultaneous admitted commands:
  - lifting, carriages movement and overhead crane movement with interlocking principal lifting and auxiliary lifting in case of overhead cranes with two hooks.
  During assembling, testing and exploitation control place is from cabin.
  Functioning group M4, M5, M6 according with STAS 4662-79.
  FOUNDRY OVERHEAD CRANES (TYPE PT)
  Foundry overhead cranes are used for working in normal environments inside, in foundries, at temperatures (at the level of the crane rail) between 0șC and 40șC and humidity up to 80% at 20șC.
  Overhead crane has one or two hooks electrically controlled by a control panel. Simultaneous commands are: lifting, moving carriage for moving the overhead crane, locking principal and auxiliary lifting movement in case of two hooks overhead cranes.
  Control place during mounting, testing and exploitation is in thermal insulated cabin with perfect visibility, placed on left side, right side on in the centre.
  Foundry overhead cranes can be equipped, according to necessities, with:
  - overturning device for casting ladle;
  - hydraulic pulley with power between 5 and 11kW;
  - electromagnet for opening of 16-31m type round __1500.
  Electromagnetic and hydraulic pulleys can be used only for specific foundry works. Electromagnet will not be used for manoeuvring large blocks or cast parts.
  Functioning group M6 according to STAS 4662-79.

  OVERHEAD CRANE WITH BICABLE PULLEY (TYPE PGB)
  Overhead crane with pulleys are used outside, in climatic conditions between -15șC and + 40șC.
  All mechanisms are designed to function in group M6, according to STAS 4662-79.
  There are 4 versions with closed cabin, with electric heating, depending of the place of work:
  - left side cabin CLS;
  - right side cabin CLD;
  - centre cabin with right visiting ladder CC and basket D;
  - centre cabin with left visiting ladder CC and basket D;
  For openings between 10 and 22m are furnished stair heads on both sides of the overhead crane.
  For opening between 22, 5 and 32m there is furnished a single stair head on the side of end powering.
  Bucket can be placed: transversal and longitudinal.
  Mechanism functioning group is M6 STAS 4662-79 and for metallic structure is V, according STAS 8290-73.
  MANUAL OVERHEAD CRANES
  Are used for working in normal environments, inside or outside, at temperatures between 0șC and +40șC and humidity up to 65±15% and are equipped with manual pulleys with carriages.
  Controls are:
  Lifting, moving the carriage, moving the overhead crane.
  Types of manual overhead cranes are:
  Single beam manual overhead crane.
  Two beams manual overhead crane.
  Suspended one beam overhead crane

  MANUAL PULLEY BLOCKS
  Are used in places with small frequency of manipulation both in open and closed stores. They have only a lifting and descending movements and in cases where is necessary also a translation movement they are equipped with a carriage.
  There is also a version of pulley block with anti park carriage.
