QA/QC Manager Position

The QA/QC Manager is in charge of :
  
  •Dedicated to Construction and prefabrication activities,
  •Review of all project applicable construction specifications,
  •Adjustment of corporate procedures (PONTICELLI) to fit with project requirements,
  •Definition of Project Control Plan for all trades (including activities performed by partners themselves as well as activities subcontracted) with the definition of Inspection and Tests Plan including hold and witness points both towards Company, Contractor and Subcontractors,
  •Definition and implementation of the planning of internal audits,
  •Liaison with Company for Quality Management Matters,
  •Follow up of Non Conformity Reports and associated corrective actions,
  •Management of the QC teams to cope with project requirements for all trades (CW, Technical Buildings, Structural Steel, Piping, Flow lines, Electrical and Instrumentation, Precommissioning, Commissioning),
  •Supervision of Final Construction Dossier elaboration,
  
  Rotation scheme : 9 weeks x 3 Weeks at Port Harcourt, 6 working days per week – up to 4 x 4 at OBAGI, 7 working days per week if required, remuneration to be adjusted to the rotation scheme.
  
  Appointment: By PONTICELLI, part of the Project Management Team at JV level. Based in Port Harcourt SCNL
  Base from April – May 2009, up to main fabrications peak period (September / October 2010) with some missions at sites. During this fabrication period, location at PNL fabrication yard will be necessary. Then permanently based at construction site (OGBOGU FS) with missions in PHC for the completion of fabrications,
