Structural steel Supervisor

His main task will be the following:
  Organizing and coordinating the teams under his responsibility, making sure he has all the material that necessary for the work to be done
  Enforcing security rules for the people working under his responsibility
  Controlling the production under his responsibility and proposing modifications necessary to remain in the time and budget defined
  He will have to establish the reporting to his hierarchy
  Being a force of proposition in the organisation of the workshop
