  Job Description:
  
   The Manager role is responsible for driving product and marketing web initiatives from requirements definition to go-live.
   They serve as the point of contact for business and product partners as well as internally on the web team.
  
  
  Complete Description:
  
   Our ideal candidate is someone who has a lot of Web Marketing experience.
   Their previous titles may not have been a Program or Project Manager, but could have been Web Producer or Web Product Manager.
   The right person has had experience with websites, rapid development and execution, web testing and business strategy.
   Within Web Marketing, the right candidate will have had experience driving conversion in a web product/service, Online Advertising campaigns, Social/Mobile and Cross-sell and Up-sell.
   The Program Manager role is responsible for driving product and marketing web initiatives from requirements definition to go-live.
   They serve as the point of contact for business and product partners as well as internally on the web team.
   They will focus on timely, comprehensive scoping and documentation of web initiatives.
   The Program Manager will form strong working partnerships across the business and within the web creative and development teams to create and launch initiatives/projects on scope and schedule.
  
  
  The Program Manager should have the following skills and experience:
  
   Knowledge and recent experience leading web site projects and a basic knowledge of web technology
   Recent website production and web content management experience.
   Experience running and documenting effective meetings.
   An understanding of the web software development cycle.
   Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and build consensus without clear authority.
   Strong blend of business acumen and technical knowledge.
   High energy level and strong commitment to driving results.
   Good attention to detail and results oriented; demonstrate track record of proactively establishing and following through on commitments.
   Strong verbal and written communications
   Experience using Microsoft Project strongly preferred but not required
   Minimum of 5-7 years of web/software product/project management experience
