Career opportunity for Call Center Operator with Dutch.
Requirements:
Very good command of Dutch (written and spoken) is a must;
Very good command of English (written and spoken);
University degree is required.
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and enhancing good business relationships with agents, consumers and suppliers;
• Providing assistance as requested to the Team Leader, Call Centre Manager or Operations Manager;
• Maintaining a commitment to achieving the highest levels of customer service;
• Ensuring all tasks are dealt with according to procedure, including but not exclusive to declined cards, awaiting acknowledgements, kick outs, supplier queries;
• Ensuring all potential losses on bookings are authorised by the call centre manager before any offer is made to the client;
• Answering all incoming calls as quickly as possible;
• Ensuring all calls and emails that you have dealt with are seen through to conclusion.
