Requirements:
• Previous experience of working in an HR environment as an HR Advisor involved in core generalist activities;
• Up to date working knowledge of Romanian Employment Law and employee relations;
• Hands on experience of dealing with disciplinaries, grievance procedures, redundancies etc.;
• Able to work effectively under pressure and in an organized manner, juggling multiple priorities and with attention to detail;
• Credibility and confidence to work effectively with employees at all levels;
• Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Main objective of the job: To support the Head of HR in providing a commercial and professional HR service to the Company, and specifically to the office/s in Romania
Responsibilities:
• Undertake all generalist HR administration and data management;
• Prepare contracts of employment and other related employee documentation as required;
• Provide employee relations advice and support to the team based in Romania to include implementing solutions as needed on specific operational issues (eg. performance management, absenteeism, disciplinaries, grievances, flexible working requests, exit interviews etc);
• Undertake recruitment and selection activities (including employee support tasks such as job profiles, reviewing applications, interviews, contract administration, induction activities and updating employee files) and evaluation;
• Undertake the administration and coordination of the company appraisal process;
• Produce HR related reports as required;
• Ensure HR policies are understood and applied;
• Plan and deliver internal training;
• Lead health and safety initiatives to ensure compliance with health and safety requirements;
• Review and updating contracts of employment;
• Introduce policies and tool-kits to support line managers.
