  Evaluate business requirements considering all aspects (eg. legal requirements, potential impact on information security, etc.)
  Align all business lines involved / impacted business requirements, ensuring that all parts are informed and obtain their formal consent
  Analyze and define business requirements completely and accurately reporting the initial impact on the source system and the bank's system date wharehouse
  Documenting business processes AS IS and TO BE
  Evaluate the impact of changes in flows, in terms of the risk
  Support activities for implementation of change requests by organizing meetings with counterparts from business units, review and planning project activities and status reports to the project manager
  Develops test plans to test-scenarios according to project documentation
  Supervises the technical testing and UAT providing necessary support to solve problems
  Follow the progress of all phases of implementation, ensuring that they meet the agreed project plan
  Reply to clarify issues related to business requirements, including those issues that may arise during the phases of analysis, development and testing
  Provide support for the training of end users, if necessary
  Prepares, drafts and updates all documents responsibility
  Analysis of the business from the perspective of embedded systems
  
  Requested technical competencies :
  The ability to use MS Visio and Microsoft Office (incl. Microsoft Access)
  Banking experience at least 2 years
  Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
  Capacity for organizing their own activities to ensure a fast and prompt response to requests / questions that come both from business area and in other areas of development
  
  Education: University
