Microsoft Sys Admin Level 2

Description of the job:
  Installs, monitors, manages and operates the infrastructure systems.
  Responsible for the definition, development and implementation of monitoring processes and automation systems.
  These activities are carried out with the objective of ensuring the quality, availability and security provided in operating conventions (OLA) or conventions of service (SLA).
  
  Responsibilities:
  Proactively monitors system, performance indicators and publish them with regularity in the form of reports or dashboards.
  Ensure alignment of performance systems indicators and alert thresholds for them in conjunction with current needs both in terms of infrastructure, systems and applications hosted on these platforms.
  Does immediate corrections (type temporary workaround solutions or final) in case of incident in order to ensure the quality and availability of service-based infrastructure responsiveness. Qualify and record incidents of production, determine root cause and coordinates actions to resolve application and documentation to minimize business impact level.
  Define requirements for operability and ensure their sustainability in production.
  Ensure installation in production / commissioning of new platforms or corrective changes / evolutionary related to OS systems
  Proposal review OS systems architecture to provide the level of quality, availability, security and operability.
  Provides administrative activities related to systems such as but not limited to: managing users and credentials as information security policies and procedures, applying regular and controlled patch OS system.
  Develops the details and execute tests tipping operations / recovery activity Production - DRC (Disaster Recovery) for AIX systems.
  Apply / implement audit recommendations to ensure the security and integrity of systems.
  
  Skills:
  Knowledge of Microsoft OS (Linux is a plus).
  SQL Server, Pl-SQL databases.
  5 years’ experience in the field.

  Education: University IT Engineer or equivalent
  Languages: Romanian, plus written and spoken English or French
