Oracle EBS SME with human Capital management specialization

Overview:
  The Agency seeks expertise to assist in the implementation and O&M of it’s soon to be depioyed Oracle HCM solution. This systems is currently based on Oracie eBusiness Suite 12. Implementation is planned to run into 2017 with continuing O&M requirements for the foreseeable future. This system will be integrated with the current NCI Agency recruitment system which is based on an Oracle / Taleo SaaS solution. The EBS HCM solution will also be integrated with APMS, an HR system based on an industrial solution provided by Allocate software.
  Activities to be performed:
  •Review business procedures & functional set-up.
  • Make recommendations for changes, improvements etc. based on best business practices.
  • Analyze new or changed business/user requirements
  • Advise on HR master data management approaches
  Requested skills, competencies and toolset knowledge:
   Doctorate’ or Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
  • Fluency in English
  • Detailed knowledge of the Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Human Capital Management family of application modules , System Administrator, Application Developer and Workflow Administrator:
  • Broad knowledge of the Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Financials, Advanced Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management and Enterprise Asset Management applications.
  • Knowledge of the Oracle / Taleo SaaS solution would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of Allocate Software's HR solutions would be beneficial
  • Though not frequently, providing onsite support might be required
