Oracle E-Business Suite Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Development specialization

Level: Senior rnLocation: Belgium (Brussels, Mons), Netherlands (Hague)rnOverview:rnThe Agency seeks expertise to assist in the implementation and O&M of its new Enterprise Business Applications platform and existing CNAFS and FinS systems. These systems are all based on Oracle eBusiness Suite 12. Implementation is planned to run into 2017 with continuing O&M requirements for the foreseeable future.rnActivities to be performed:rno Support the technical requirements of the FinS User Community and the NCI Agency EBA project.rno • Maintain, design and develop CEMLI's and to support the integration and regression testing of these CEMLI's following strict configuration control, version management and quality procedures.rno • Work with cross-functional teams to analyse user requirements, provide recommendations for procedural or system solutions, create product and design specifications and prepare technical documentation;rno • Prepare test data, write and execute unit tests as outlined in the test scripts;rno • Analyse, design and develop interfaces to the Oracle E-Business Suite R12;rno • Develop reports in Oracle Discoverer, Financial Statement Generator and XML Publisher;rno • Configure and/or customise Oracle E-Business Suite workflows;rno • Diagnose/solve any other technical issues that may arise from time to time, as a result of either the continued development or normal life cycle processes.
