    II. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

    Article 2. The contract is to conduct activities related to the position of ______________________________________________ _______________________________________________________________ (described in the job description attached) to be held by the volunteer.

    IV. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

     

    Article 4. Volunteer Rights

    a. The right to be treated as equal colleagues as the organization"s management and employees;

    b. The right to be respected as a person, irrespective of race, gender or sexual orientation, religious or political beliefs, physical ability / mental health, educational level, marital status, economic status or any other similar criteria;

    c. The right to have access to as much information about which organization is to operate;

    d. The right to participate actively in developing and running the program to participate;

    e. The right to operate in accordance with their personal preferences, life experience, education and experience;

    f. The right to participate in training sessions engaged in activity, so early work as well on the way to always get the latest information in the field;

    g. The right to supervision - guidance from someone experienced, well informed, with patience, careful and time available to meet its needs;

    h. The right to a place to work and access to equipment and supplies necessary to carry out the work;

    i. Right to secure (the organization / institution) safety (in legal terms), depending on the nature and characteristics of the activity which it carries;

    j. Right to be provided (by the organization / institution, as provided by law) against risks of accident and illness arising from the nature of that place;

    k. Right to be reimbursed (by the organization / institution in terms agreed by contract law) the expenses incurred to run the business;

    l. The right to a period of working time (established by law) shall not affect the health and psycho-physical resources;

    m. The right to be issued by the organization / institution a certificate stating the nominal capacity of a volunteer;

    b. The right to be promoted in accordance with the intended results;

    o. The right to receive honorary degrees, medals and prizes under the law.

     

    Article 5. These rights are obligations of the organization / institution.

    Other obligations of the organization / institution is:




    a. The obligation to hold a volunteer orientation meeting (for the organization in general, volunteer program that will enable presentation desfășiurare place of business, presentation and colleagues, specific duties the volunteer etc.).

    b. The obligation to provide the volunteer a clear job description, and upon:

    - Job title;

    - Purpose and duration of the job;

    - Tasks performed;

    - Work Programme;

    - Name and number to whom it reports directly to volunteer;

    - Reporting arrangements;

    - Access to equipment;

    - Other data according to the post;

    c. The obligation to appoint a person to oversee volunteer activities.

     

    Article 6. Volunteer Obligations:

    a. The obligation to perform the tasks as received from the organization / institution by post card;

    b. The obligation to announce in advance any change in the development of the program (including delays, absences, etc..)

    c. The obligation to preserve and protect the confidentiality of information which are available in the voluntary activity, including after closure;

    d. The obligation to participate in training courses organized, initiated or proposed by the organization / institution;

    e. The obligation to be aware of the mission and activities of the organization / institution;

    f. The obligation to comply with procedures, policies and internal rules of organization / institution;

    g. The obligation to protect the goods we use in volunteer work;

    h. The obligation to provide quality services and seek support to whom it reports in cases where needed (a) to engage in an area not known or that his capabilities are limited;

    I shall complete all forms correctly and on time or reports required and agreed job description;

    j. Obligation to treat with respect all people who come into contact (customers of the organization / institution, other volunteers or paid staff and offer its services with respect for human beings and the environment, without discrimination based on race, ethnicity , orintare sex or sexual, religious or political beliefs, physical ability, mental, educational level, marital status, economic status or any other similar criteria;

    k. To bring into question the person to whom it reports directly all situations that may arise conflicts of interest.

     

    Rights Organization / Institution:

    Article 7. These obligations are rights organization / institution.

     

    V. LIABILITY, Renegotiation, TERMINATION AND DISPUTES

     

    Article 8. Liability for failure to perform or for improper execution of a voluntary agreement is subject to the rules of the Civil Code prevăzutre.

    Article 9. Voluntary contract is renegotiated in the event of a change of circumstances likely to hinder enforcement of volunteer obligations, renegotiation takes place at the written request of any party, made within 15 days of the onset of the above situation.

    Article 10. If the situation described in Article 9 makes it impossible to continue execution of the contract, as it will be terminated.

    Article 11. Voluntary cancellation occurs as voluntary or organization on notice of 15 days.

    Article 12. Disputes arising from the conclusion, amendment, execution or termination is voluntary for the courts if the contract parties can not amicably resolved, voluntary actions arising from the contract are exempt from stamp duty.
