PROJECT TITLE: "SHELTER FOR VICTIMS OF VIOLENCE IN THE FAMILY"

 Setting up a shelter, temporary housing, assistance, and material support and counseling for victims of domestic violence (family violence)

LOCATION:
North-central area of Romania,  Regihn city, Mures county.

TARGET GROUP:
Victims of domestic violence and persons as a result of unforeseen extreme situations (or women, children and even men), their staying in the marital home would mean a real and imminent danger to life or personal integrity.

PURPOSE:
Sustainability, morality, and, if possible, material for domestic violence victims, to prevent degeneration situation and tragic events that would lead to personal injury or, in extreme cases, even death of the person in this situation, whether it is abused wives of husbands, children abused by parents or even assaulted by husbands. Although this last condition is quite rare, however, unfortunately,it exists.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Unfortunately, there are situations when, for very different reasons, often unintelligible to others and the community, but especially because of material deprivation, marital family life is put in danger .These  situations can lead from breaking the family (in this case happy if we can express such), with all negative consequences arising from acetate decision to bodily injury or, in extreme cases, even death of the person in the marital conflict.

 "Timi & Raluca " Association, by starting this project, aims to set up a temporary shelter for these people, it has been able to provide temporary housing, in decent conditions, to find a a troubleshooting standing of the situation, psychological counseling, finding viable solutions and moral support and material necessary to overcome, without negative consequences, or effects at lower, the situation was critical.

 Activities and results
- buying or renting a property that would be able to arrange for the shelter, with minimum cost and effort, given the time unfit for construction;
- proper arrangement of the building, to ensure an accommodation space (two bedrooms each with 4-8 beds), a cooking and serving space went for about 10 people, social group, a psychologist office, a locker room both for individuals and staff assisted.
- purchase or own manufacturing workshops (if it is pissible) Provision for shelter beds, mattresses, pillows, beds, tables, chairs, tableware, kitchen equipment, sanitary and cloakroom group.
- providing professional counseling, especially to people assisted, but also attempt to invite "table reconciling" all persons involved in the situation causing the conflict.
- personnel selection  for shelter: a psychologist, a social worker.
- Concluding a partnership agreement with: Territorial Representatives of the Ministry of Labour, Family and Social Protection, County Department (or local) for child protection, social assistance service of the Municipality Reghin,  Reghin Proximity Police, Local Police of the City Reghin to ensure continuity of support people in this situation and prevention of degeneration of marital conflict.
- the criteria that will determine what people can receive assistance and shelter that period, as the criteria that define what persons or families eligible for assistance under the project, including home,
- monitoring of each case and each person or family in the program, evaluating the psychological status and tracking activities to correct the situation.

Expected impact
In particular, solving crisis situations, but also prevent, if possible, other unpleasant events, with negative consequences both for individuals and families directly involved and for the community, the municipality of that town.

2. Ron 150 000 (approx. 35,500 euros or 50,000 dollars) Annual expenditure
